Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit only within 10 days of delivery. This allows you the flexibility to choose another style that better fits your needs.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit via email.
💡 Store credit never expires and can be used at any time.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and using your store credit once your return has been processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FAFB Apparel is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Bodysuits, undergarments, or intimate wear
  • Accessories

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
