Thank you for shopping with ShopFAFB. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Yes We Accept Returns for Store Credit Only!

All approved returns are issued will be issued a store credit to be used anytime and does not expire.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

🚫 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

⏱ RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be submitted within 5 business days after your delivery date.

Returns requested after this timeframe will not be accepted.

✅ RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for store credit, items must meet all the following:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Free of odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
• All original tags attached
• In original resale condition

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

❌ FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

• Formal gowns
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Final Sale items

No store credit will be issued for these categories.

👠 SHOE RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Shoes must be returned:

• In the original shoebox
• Inside a protective shipping box

Damaged or taped shoeboxes may result in refusal of the return.

💸 RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

🔍 RETURN INSPECTION

All returned merchandise is inspected upon arrival.

If the item does not meet return standards, store credit will not be issued.

⏳ PROCESSING TIME

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and store credit processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

📦 HOW TO RETURN

  1. 1st email us at orders@fafbapparel.com. We will provide a secure return address to send your package.
  2. Pack your item(s) in original packaging if possible
  3. Include your invoice or order details
  4. Write your Reason for Return
  5. Keep your tracking number for your records

All returns must follow the instructions provided here on our website.
